just had a quick look at the slops forum the natives look like they are getting restless with the snakes team selection they got stuffed at home on tuesday in the league cup the one player taking the most flack is brad walker with many stating he is not up that standard wonder if brian hughes has been alerted to the situation personally would have walker back in an instant

Kind of agree.
We need an experienced head in-front of the back 4 to give us some leadership alongside Young and Redmond.Could be Barton ?

Walker was just what we needed last season but Barton has a better pedigree but at the minute I think we are trying to play a bit more expansive with Summers and Young showing good form, pushing Redmond right up behind the strikers.

We desperately need a creative head in the middle to replace Summerfield who is shite if we’re honest. Nearly every club who go up have one, a Lee Fowler type player who is able to play a ball in behind, if we find one we will go up, Hooper would thrive as would Harris.

Walker was a good player at this level. I feel he will need to make big improvements in his game to be successful in league one.
