Foxy is just upset because his beloved Carrington will be consigned to a back up role and he clearly hates full backs who attack and create. The fact Rutherford is also rated by him for merely running around and achieving fck all tells me to take his opinions on footballing ability with a huge pinch of salt.
JBB will play better when the team is more balanced. Pearson looked uncomfortable on the right of the defence and Ruthers despite his energy doesn't offer the same outlet as Grant.
Notts pressed that side of the field and looked good as an attacking outfit until they got in sight of goal.
JBB to be fair kept going and was eventually rewarded with an assist for the goal after a decent penetrating run. Helped by the fact that County looked knackered in the last 15minutes.

This. It's one of many trade offs that needed to be made to help get the roundy thing in the netty thing more often. Honestly, I think some have been brainwashed into a defensive mind set over the few years that needs to change.

I guess that depends where you are on the pitch. Personally I couldn't care less that players like Quigly and Mangan couldn't or wouldn't tackle and was always surprised how some got their knickers in a twist over such unimportant matters.

Dom Vose and the 'didn't track back' brain farts you used to read on here.

I'm guessing its the same Gethin Jones that was in our youth system for about a year before Everton poached him from us (presumably after we poached him from Porthmadog)

We managed to get him first but Everton were very interested and he was with us for just over a year before he joined them. He’s got a big future in the game – he’s a dominant midfielder, a good size and he’ll be one Everton think a lot of

I watched him a couple of years ago when Everton brought their under 23 title winning team to Rhyl for a pre-season friendly. I thought Jones was the best player on the pitch that day. He played at right back.
