This seems to suggest the criticism isn't valid.
The main topic now is how on earth did BH get the job as manager? Is this something you can answer QR?
Some criticism of the board has been valid, Can't argue that. Think some fans go a bit OTT though without giving it much thought.
I understand that BH had applied for the job when Ricketts jumped ship. When Barrow changed his mind the applications were filed and reassessed after Barrow changed his mind.
Personally thought the Barrow appointment at the time was done out of a sense of loyalty to the existing staff.(Soft option) In hindsight we should have been more ruthless and made a fresh appointment straight away. It may still have been BH anyway.

And how did Denis Lawrence fall in this saga?

Denise Lawrence , completely forgot about that farce , there's another reason football decisions need to be made by A. N. Other , or anyone but the present incumbent .

The board sit once a month as a rule. All aspects of the club are discussed and the relevant parties, Manager, Commercial Manager, ground Manager etc submit reports.
I would hope that BH and BF would be making suggestions and requests to the board and discussing strategy. Otherwise they would be failing in their job.
On a daily basis both have a direct line to SH as their line manager for football matters should anything arise.

I think they asked her if she wanted the job as she was in charge of the Netball team over there , outstanding applicant apparently .

Does anyone know if they've sat since April? Those are the most recent minutes I can find on the Trust website.

I know, but the WST board minutes usually include an update on FC board activities which is about the only insight we get sometimes.
