No not really the new DoF can decide if their surplus or not. He would be the only one qualified to make the call. If BF is an assistant he’s part of Bryan’s team. If BF wants to be DoF then he can apply with other candidates but the ex player/manager obsession has to stop. Best qualified for the job gets it.

which is why I think their roles should be explained - fully.

12 yrs looking very much like 13 unless we go down, how many times in those 12 yrs under fan ownership have we come close to going up?

We call ourselves fan owned when really most of us are just the plebs who throw money into a pit for those on big egos trips to throw away on bad decisions after bad and being above scrutiny.

Last January the money wasted (our money) on decisions showing how arrogant and pathetic they are....

And crucially not one word of apology from those at the top table who are responsible. .. It's high time they apologised.

A poor gate of 3000 or even less although it will be higher because of season tickets being counted.

The slippery slope is getting steeper after the last 2 seasons of failure caused through the board more and more fans are giving up.

Yes, once the WST board had announced Moss and Dickens cared for the club and had their full support it seemed to get them a lot of goodwill. I wonder if there's a lesson to be learned there? Perhaps it IS possible for people on the board to make mistakes, and those scrutinising them shouldn't be met with quite such hostility?
