Well what's the alternative ? he was brought in from Airbus UK to be third choice elevated to second due to the injury to Lainton - you would like to think that he was watched or scouted / recommended for us as a better & available option than other WPL keepers.

I saw him pre season at Cafn Druids when he came on for the second half - thought he did well and caught the eye on that display - but that's partly the problem in that we have nothing to base our opinions on other than a pre match kick about in a warm up - without a reserve team to play competitive matches what does he do with his time ? you would imagine goalkeeper coaching is quite intensive and there is only so much you can do with two fit keepers and a coach - unfortunately for a young lad with promise he will probably have it kicked out of him at Wrexham due to prolonged inactivity.
if Dibble picks up an injury life would become very interesting indeed.

As Head of Football Operations at the Racecourse I definitely have a problem with him as the complete ineptitude of the last 12 months is on his watch. The buck stops with him.

I can now see how HR Manager at a cereal factory is not really the grounding for running a football club.

He should step aside so we can get in an experienced Head of Football Operations and pay the bloody guy the going rate. We've wasted more money on Barrow, Newell & Hughes than any HFO would command

Do you think he's doing OK ? Honest question

In four seasons he missed a massive 5 games for Wrexham and Gateshead which suggests he was over any previous injury problems.

To be fair, Manny's current injury was a freak landing from a header and nothing to do with previous injury record (which has been good for the last 4/5 seasons).

Can't say for sure regarding giving him the contract but I believe that the reason he hasn't (or may not ever) recovered is due to a resulting infection and not the injury itself...so we may have been caught unlucky with this one.

As for Lainton, does anybody know how or when he actually got injured?

When you put it respectfully like that , I cant disagree !
Stepping aside to allow someone else ,with a focus to try and change things !
Not wholesale dismantling .
All parties are not that far away from one another ,IMO , its just the way some choose to show it !!

That's just down to different personalities. What I post on here is generally what I would say to people I know or speak to at the game. But because its face to face its more natural and things aren't taken the wrong way.

I vaguely remember there used to be RP meet up for an away games or an RP organised bus? Something like that anyway.
I never went on one myself but that would be interesting to say the least in todays 'climate'.
Perhaps needs a thread of its own that may lighten the mood.

If there was an RP away day organised, who would you like to sit next to and who wouldn't you like to sit next to and why?
