Not even Brexit can drown out the growing criticisms after Saturday’s defeat against Stockport County. The run of home games continues tonight and pitches us against another in-form team who had an impressive 3-0 away win on Saturday.

Seems almost inevitable tonight’s Gate will struggle to make 4,000 as many are losing hope the WST/BH combo can bring the essential wins to gain promotion.

Injuries, an international call-up and BH’s indecision make it almost impossible to predict the starting XI, and the captain’s lack of enthusiasm means we are unsure how the team will respond with everything seemingly against them.

Well, it’s in these demanding times we find out the true mettle of individuals and their willingness to go the extra mile for the cause. I think they will respond positively tonight and, providing they don’t drop another bollock and concede early, they will surprise a few and bring back some hope.

Wrexham will be without defender Jake Lawlor through suspension whilst Manny Smith remains injured. JJ Hooper is likely to miss out through injury. James Jennings will be assessed before being passed fit.

need to focus on keeping this tight and not losing, focusing on working hard to grind out results to steer us away from the danger zone,. Hopefully Jennings is fit and Carrington can return to right back. I'd recall Ruthers for Redmond too.

Hopefully don't gift them any goals in the first half as I expect they will sit back against us despite there strong start.

They've won all 4 away games scoring 8 and conceding just 1. We need to be more solid defensively. Hopefully Jennings will be fit allowing us to replace Barnum-Bobb with Carrington. From what I saw of Barnum-Bobb at Notts County and Hartlepool he is in a no-man's land of indecision and it's time to rest him for now. As for the rest of team selection who knows what the management team will come up with. A long journey for them tonight and I think it's time they lost one so i'm going for a 2-1 win with goals from Young and Granr in front of 3462.

Its a tough one to call. Maidenhead have had a fantastic start and have won all their away games I think.
We are stuttering and confidence is low.
Its not likely to be a high scoring affair IMO and the crowd will be subdued (and much lower than average).

I think it will be a draw.
