110% an FAW coaching candidate before he was appointed.

They were all tucking under their waistband of their pyjamas...

The statistics for all our managers since Denis Smith and, more appropriately, John Neal, Arfon Griffiths and to a degree, Brian Flynn, have been nacceptable.

I think we all know BH has not yet produced the goodies. He must do so soon. Give him more time and judge him at the end of September.

“End of September “. In 6 months of his leadership we’ve gone from title challengers to relegation fodder. How much more damage can he be allowed to do?

The only Statistics BH has are his record with us and Scarborough.
This highlights the danger of appointing on potential , which is based on whose opinion ?
We really need statistics and experience of somebody who has achieved in the National league and above who still has the hunger to succeed.

Until the end of September unless we lose all these games and the players down tools.

It’s not ideal but he deserves time to turn things around. But, after that, no sentiment. He should go, and the Board who picked him should go.

But, if he does turn things around — I would say 50:50 at the moment — he will get his due rewards and the Board will be heroes. Fine margins!

The Board took the decision to appoint him. We cannot blame BH for accepting it. We will soon know for sure whether it was a wise move or not. But he deserves more time.

He probably should have a little more time (at least 10 league games) before a decision is made. I originally said get rid now but I think it may seem a bit of a knee jerk reaction, although it has been a very poor start. 10 games in is what most people seem to think and I'd say that's about fair.

If they were to give him to the end of the month, I think he needs 3 wins out of 5 (discounting the cup game). Maybe 2 wins and 2 draws? That would give him a lifeline. If we only manage 1 win in the league this month I think his time may be up.
