Its this and our piss poor midfield players. Last season we all new midfield was the issue and yet we;ve only brought in one replacement and the jury is out on him at the moment. Isolated strikers haven't worked for us since god knows when. Fondop is banging them in at Chesterfield because he isn't isolated. This isn't rocket science but for whatever reason our esteemed managers past and present plus our part time coach cannot see this.

Fondop was fine for us until Drew went off the boil which was because he’d probably been told Orient was in for him. Once Drew’s game dipped and then he left it dried up for Fondop and we never really replaced his support.

Chesterfield are in the bottom 4 with an experienced manager surprisingly.
