A manager without any financial backing. I'd bet you anything that Hughes had more money available to him this window and Flynn made some, on paper, very good signings but we don't have a clue what to do with them.

Looking at this squad of players, they are being massively mis-managed.
Hughes was never up to the job and has been dropped in the deep end with 2 part time coaches who also need to leave.

We need to stop this love in with former players being managers.

At this level , with players like Hooper, Tollitt, Grant ,Harris we should be right up there. We all know that if these players were in a well organised team they would be banging the goals in.
