I don't know. But I have pointed out, numerous times, I don't want them to run the football. So I don't understand the point your making about fans not turning up? Of course financially we will be worse off. But I would like to think that they have planned for that scenario by having an emergency fund.

And I agree, they could be investing more into other areas such as the stadium. The PA system needs some work, as well as the toilets in the Yale. I didn't say they're doing a perfect job.
You said they were managing the finances well, I've pointed out they could and should be doing much better on that side too.

Dwindling crowds, reduced income to me would be not handling the finances well, nor the number of pay offs we've bad over the years, all the loan players who've never played who cost us even if we dont pay wages for them etc.
This is a football club? On the field is what we're all about! Fans do not flock to the racecourse for anything off the field.

So that's a no from you then.
Indeed...I voted NO before my comments in the thread.

The arrogance of Mills and Harris winds me up more than anything. They will just laugh this off anyway.

As I've said previously, this shower in charge will still be blowing smoke out of their own arses about the massive floodlights and the fact we played Porto in 1984 when we're in the National League North. Which is coming by the way....

Well currently we aren't in danger of going bust which is a big positive financially. I'm not one to shout all is fine because we still have a club, but it's good to know that we aren't going to do a Bury any time soon.

Dwindling crowds and reduced income isn't handling the finances. That is down to the team's performance. Which, I agree, we need a change.

To me it is as they go hand in hand, that's why Bolton in particular almost went bust, why Oyston left Blackpool and a lesser extent why Bury went under, fans stayed away in protest there too.

We've players on 2 year contracts, if crowds drop off will we afford them and crucially will players want to be moved on? The whole Bobby Grant scenario with his contract sounds a right mess, he shouldn't decide if he stays or goes.

How long can we sustain losses, more with people cancelling memberships, lapsed ones not being chased up.

It's going to be a spectacular collapse, you only have to look at what happened at Telford under fan ownership

If we weren't fan owned would people still be saying off the field he's (imaginery owner) doing a good job. Personally i dont think we would. We'd be saying this football is making my eyes bleed get out of the club.

The crowds have a major impact on the income, yes. But I am talking about how the club manages our finances. IE what they do with the club's income and expenditure.

Just looking at the comments on here and those saying they do a GREAT job off the field a bit OTT maybe initially they did when we took over from the crooks but in recent seasons they are living off the back of that success with empty promises things like doing the Kop up was a smokescreen to divert attention from the playing side fiasco, at the start they lived off a fortunate cup run which paid off a large amount of debt.

Getting the lease on the ground they deserve credit, but 9acre and the promise of a new training ground does anyone believe that?

They have wasted money hand over fist with incompetence since the weasel Keates jumped off a promotion challenging ship.

90% possibly higher on here said giving the job to a man who's only experience was being sacked as a joint manager for losing every game at Scarborough...what was on his CV that made him the best for the job?

Also the lack of communication to the fans who travel across the country shows an arrogant attitude along with their never owning up to their mistakes.

Nobody forced them to volunteer so if they like the accolades for the reducing good things the do. Then they must accept the flack and criticism for incompetence like anyone on the board if we had private owners they would get a lot worse.
