Default first team at colliers

heard a rumour a while ago that they would be training at colliers soon, but doesn't seem to have happened.
does anyone think this would have had an affect on how were playing? a more professional facility (where CD works) could mean a more professional team?
just after some opinions really

Interesting comment on Talk Sport yesterday by one of the backroom staff from Bury. Seems that they paid rent of £60,000 per season for the use of Manchester City's old training complex.

However, they made the point that whilst it was an impressive facility for a club of their standing in the league, they felt that every time they took a new signing around to see the training facility, the wage expectation from the players agent went up a £1000 a week!!!

A cautionary tale. Maybe best to show them nine acre until the contracts signed.

I think it was just a throwaway comment by Hughes that he hoped the first team could move there. The club seems to be focused on creating a new training facility at the Groves, or at least it was last time I heard.

The DSA side have recently announced they'll be using the facilities along with the CoE.

Don't believe the DSA side are connected to the club anymore. Fallout over the disabled platform?

CoE will make use in the evening & weekends when the Uni/FAW aren't using it.

Last I heard we weren't willing to pay the fee Glyndwr wanted before the FAW involvement.

Sounds familiar, we haven't \ can't pay what's required for half decent players. This nightmare isn't funny anymore.
