The cup as I understand it takes priority over league fixtures - whether a pre planned TV viewing plays any influence I don't know but somehow doubt it - same rule regarding the FA Trophy - the further we progress the more disruption and re arranged fixtures will be needed to our league programme. So we stand to lose out on BT Sport national 'live' coverage. The monies generated from such a viewing. A decent Saturday crowd with a larger than average away following which will not reach the same heights on a Tuesday night. It has been previously mentioned of the possibility that we could put two teams out in two competitions on the same day. I recall the day we won 0 - 2 at Brentford in the FA Cup but had to play at the Racecourse the same afternoon v Airbus - a game I attended - but that shouldn't be happening - it just undermines the competitions and forces teams to put out seriously weakened second string teams. |

We are all supporters, it's just to me, the league is priority. I could say that certain posters are hoping for a plum away tie just so they can have a booze up. It's just everyone has different views and priorities. Doesn't make anyone less of a supporter. Last edited by Ooh aah Paskin; 8th September 2019 at 08.37:43.. |

Re: Ayr Utd. (H) ratings
I went yesterday and I want Wrexham to win every game they play.
A football team performs better just concentrating on the league is a mute point. Would Manchester City have won the league more comfortably if they weren't in for the cups? I know, in terms of resources, the gulf between us and them is gigantic, but surely players, managers and fans want to be winners, not trying in other competitions because we might not be able to cope with two games a week is just, in my opinion, wrong. |

If they keep winning, so be it, but I have concerns about our capabilities to cope. |

A lack of class shining through - it has been mentioned in the post match interview of BH. Hopefully he will learn and not repeat it - had a decent game and showed good handling and a desire to come off his line and claim or punch crosses. |
