I think the board have brought us as far as they can. Its now time to look for a buyer and a good clear out of backroom staff.

Time for a new manager and his own staff! No more of this "you have to work with CD" rubbish!

What an advert for the national league. Bet BT are glad they chose this classic. They won't be back to our toxic hub any time soon. We've have had enough of this year in year out. Kids make the gate seem respectable but I'll lose faith if we don't make some big changes.

We are now staring at a barrel at the Conference North next season. This time next week after 2 away games we could be bottom of this League and going to hell in a handcart.

The management must go and then the Board.

Any volunteers to run the show and appointment a decent manager just to stay in this godforsaken league this season.

Can Dixie or Arfon take over at the helm for a month or so to steady this sinking ship we are now in.

Since its Mr Darlington who calls the shots incidentally working one day a week 😳 he should also walk . You cant run a full time club with part time staff . Oh and by the way take the little bloke up in the stand who is conspicuous by his absence as well 😡

Unfortunately Spencer has to go to, it is his reluctance to go for an experienced Manager. That means time after time we go for Rookies that dont answer back. The Cheaper option to although the way we go through them it probably works out even dearer.

Cant see it happening but it's the only way to try and rebuild trust. I dont like the guy but my fear is who would do all he does for free if he walks. I believe he does want the same as us he has just made a series of ever more serious mistakes and thinks he has to double down on them and pretend the rest if us are at fault rather than hold his hands up. If he has a mea culpa moment he could regain my support

Well if we do get relegated, I imagine attendances would drop. Even less money coming in. No TV money.

Don't think we'd enter the WPL.

Yup.

Hughes, Flynn, Darlington out.

Offer caretaker (only) to Pearson. Give him someone from the youth set-up to assist.

Employ a decent full-time manager with his choice of full-time assistant.

I've given up on any sign of humility from the board.

* They expect to see us winning games... which is great. Especially here, as our record over the last 18 months or so has been fantastic.
* But if we're not winning games, it can turn quite quickly... that's where we're at at the moment.
* We're in this little rut... that's no win in 6 now
* But yeah... the fans have been great so far
* We need them to keep pushing with us
* With regard to how it affects the players... like I said ... they're human... it will affect them
* What I need to do is manage them so it doesn't affect them... we need them to be on top of their game right from minute 1

So inspiring.... Not !
