Default Re: Hughes - Stay or Go. Poll

Root and branch needed. If Darlington stays then we'll just get this same crap formation with different players.

Anyone seen the top scorers list this season? Holroyd, Boden, Fondop, Quigley and Gime Toure all got 5 each. We don't have crap players, it's this terrible system that is totally ineffective at this level.

After todays showing, if that is all Hughes can come up with from a playing performance wise on the pitch. He needs to go NOW before any more damage is done.

Your point about him being blameless holds no water because of his lack of effort.

Your point was he doesn't bawl at the players enough. If he did it wouldn't change a thing. We both agree he should be gone but he should never have been here in the first place. That's why the board should be where all the anger is vented

Sadly it's not working and more importantly, it doesn't look like working.

Pointless getting rid of Hughes though if Darlington stays.

Hopefully, one or two who dine at the top table will do the right thing.

Hughes and Darlington need to go,and we should give the new manager total control over who he wants as his backroom staff, I'm sure Flynnie could help with the new appointment

I presume they are posters who have misread the poll as 'should he stay?'

Surely, or controversial for the sake of it.

Any person who believes Hughes is still the man for the job is either not a fan of the football club or clueless.

When Hughes was a player nobody thought he was a future manager, he had no pedigree before getting the job here. It was a random appointment that came across as someone trying to be too clever.
