It would be obvious to even Stevie Wonder that the players have given up and are just going through the motions a footgolf manager with no passion whatsoever it even shows in his interviews.
The constant with our negative hoofball is Darlington another who is a Wrexham fan and only has the job for that reason.

Until we start acting like a professional club then it's only a matter of time until we kill it.

That match was a tactical disaster, just like Hughes is.

It all goes back to Darlington and his tactical ways.He wants to play the Welsh way with lesser players.

Our tactics haven't changed for years now, bypass the midfield and lump the ball forward to an isolated striker who has no chance against two brutish Central Defenders.

As fans we have been fed up watching it for the last three seasons or more. As players they clearly can't be arsed playing that way any more.
On the evidence yesterday, BH has lost the team, they aren't playing for him and for these reasons the Board has to act.

Hughes and Darlington have to be shipped out. We need a full time manager with his own full time backroom staff to bring an element of professionalism back to our club.

If the board aren't willing to make this tough decision (it's not that tough really as it's the right thing to do for the club) then they too need to be changed.

It may not please some but right now, in the situation we find ourselves in, the likes of Rutherford are who we need. Players that fight, give 100% and keep on going.
Young is another IMO.
Once you are clear of relegation threat you start playing fancy again.
