Could that be part of the problem if there’s no respect from the players? Obviously respect has to be earned both ways but it also has to be given both ways initially.

Would you respect those who only seemingly put in half a shift? Turning up 1 day week while you're expected to turn up more and then get told what you can and cant by those who are never there is asking for trouble.

We've a system at the minute setup that'll ensure any manager will fail.

Not a chance and no thanks . As for training I walk my dog every day on Prices Lane park and as far as I could see they were definatly not there Thursday and Friday . You can see there is little training just off to the gym for so called fitness training .
