Also this board aren't that stupid to hand out contracts they can't get out of. It'll be the same as Keates' contract was I suspect, loaded in favour of the club. We sack him he gets 3 months pay off, he gets poached club is owed 12 months salary.

The structure we have in place allows them to play with our money so there is no incentive to step aside and give an opportunity for another approach. this was always going to be a potential issue as opposed to if the directors had real skin invested. The board do not have to face the consequences of their calls.
