So what you're saying is that because he had one half decent season(if what you say is correct) doing what he should be doing by the way, that's it, he can dine out on that forever? Myself (and others on RP) value the contribution from Ruthers and you (and others on RP) don't.

He's a winger so should provide assists and goals, he rarely does so that's that. Awful player who fools some fans by running about a lot like a headless chicken and achieving fck all.

The merits (or not) of any individual player cannot really be assessed until we have a coaching team in place that is able to work out what is needed to progress from where we find ourselves. The coaching direction is why we are where we are more than the players we have.
