Does this mean Flynn and Darligton are going full time or leaving to allow others to do the jobs full time.

I can understand why this statement has been published but it is poorly written in my view and I am not talking about the grammar.

The main issue in my very humble opinion is that it takes a number of things for granted which is obviously not the case.
