That can be sorted via RP possibly if people spread the message to the masses, get a general feeling of the main concerns and have a vote on the finished statement.

Possibly approach some individuals to take over on a temporary basis possibly until a new board is elected. Dom, Richard Ulrich for his knowledge on how the board is run and definitely keep Phil.

How much notice will they have to serve if they are replaced? Unless you have ready made replacements but won't they need to be voted in?
