Full time paid CEO

I feel this is the outstanding important decision we will need to take if slow further decline to National North (maybe not so slow) is to be averted. Whilst great credit must be given for what we have all achieved together regarding off the field stability. it has been clear for some time that a change of structure is required to facilitate progress back to League 2 and hopefully beyond.
it would be interesting to see what a simple poll would reveal about our collective thoughts. I don't know how to set up a poll (do we consider a paid full time CEO necessary now Y/N ?).
Perhaps someone could set this poll up ?

Perhaps before floating the idea and setting up a poll could you list a CEO,s possible job description / Duties at a club of Wrexhams level ?

That would be the role of the WST board...
Perhaps you need to look at what is happening before you attempt to derail any change ?

Wreck. I am not taking sides but the WST board IS elected and the many show apathy - just look at the election results.

When leading a demand for a CEO the proposer should have ideas what the role entails. Who knows, the seed you plant might grow to a huge oak.

Of course... but does that then mean that if maybe something is not working then no changes should be considered because the change may not improve things ? There cannot be improvement without change. Do we idly sit by as we witness things not working ? Or do we try to implement the changes that lead to improvement ?

Of course we try to improve things, but throwing money at it is not necessarily the answer. This thread is do we need a paid ceo.

The issues run deeper than this simplistic solution.

For debate on this forum you make a fair point.

For moving the club forward, it is not RP that needs ideas.

Until. or perhaps more realistically unless, the WST "open up" nothing will change.
