I'm no 'expert' but I think that if a company ceases to exist any arrangements they had would be null and void. By the By of course they are not going bust and the grounds going nowhere. Leaving this now as i'm a CFC and I don't want to take your thread off topic.

Top point. People are trying to change the agenda, this is a non story. But some cheerleaders prefer to deflect attention away from the real issues....our god awful management team and people running the club.

WST were happy enough to let Glyndwr pick up the stadium and training assets instead of looking at changing the capital structure to enable the club to buy them.
Glyndwr buying the assets kept the purity of 100% fan ownership, looking at duality could have kept one or both in the hands of the club but it would have meant a less pure model.
