The word "hopefully" is still being seen in these interviews. Surely, more positive post/pre match language needs to be used... (must... will.. etc). Doesn't give me the confidence that performances are going to improve.

Same old well worn clap trap and stinks of spin from the Kellogs HR bod. Sorry Shawn it wont wash , you know that training , preparation etc etc has been woeful and it has taken a massive uprising from the club owners to enforce change.
