Re: Wrexham - the club who kill strikers
This is the key. 4-3-3 means the full backs are some of the most important players in the team. Offering all the width. Jennings isn't fit enough and only shows glimpses and Carrington is terrible going forward. Slow and can't get passed anyone. The point of having two holding in midfield is to allow the full backs the licence to bomb on.

Re: Wrexham - the club who kill strikers
Said when it happened but offering Sommerfield another contract was a massive mistake. He kills the midfield and any attacking momentum we have plus his passing is poor and his set piece delivery is woeful.

Quote:
I would prefer 442 now as at least we might draw every game Lainton then Dibble Carra, Pearson , Lawlor, Jenno CM - Young and ‘Missing Player’, or Summers/Redmond/Wright/Barton RM - Harris, or Jazzi or McIntosh LM - Tollitt, or Ruthers or Harris CF- Hooper, or Grant or Oswell The missing player our midfield general!
