Re: Same question - are the board brave enough?
While they all need to go what happens if Hughes goes then the board walk?
Unlikely i know but could we be left with a situation of no manager or board to appoint a new manager (possibly more effective than what we have now) |

Re: Same question - are the board brave enough?
Fans must vote with their feet.Short term pain for long term gain.
We are staring down the barrel of relegation then who knows what. This board and management team who have put us in this position must be forced to resign.I'm not setting foot inside The Racecourse until they're gone.Harris, Mills, Darlington, Hughes. I won't speculate on who will then run the club on a day to day basis but there will be plenty lining up. It would then be up to them to appoint either an interim or permanent manager to get us to safety as quickly as possible. Then we can look at fresh investment alongside fans part ownership The current set up stinks. It's a complete stitch up with fans who are doing their dream job holding onto power regardless that they're sinking the club they claim to love. Enough is enough.Support the boycott |

Re: Same question - are the board brave enough?
The thing is if Harris and his cronies don’t go they will go down in Wrexham history as the ones that hugely failed the club. They have had chance after chance to appoint someone more suitable but have kept Insisting on rookie managers. The idea doesn’t work for two reasons. One if they are even half decent they'll leg it to a club higher up the EFL structure and 2 if they aren’t cut out as a manager they’ll send us to the relegation zone.

Quote:
The clubs transfer money has paid for it, it’s paid in instalments and it’s why overall there hasn’t been a difference. Pains me to say it but Iv said we were going nowhere for years, it’s been clear and people spouting the club has never been ran better ... it wouldn’t of spent years where it is now if it was ran better. Fan ownership is awful, it doesn’t work and most of all no private owned company would make the same mistakes over and over. |

Re: Same question - are the board brave enough?
Hughes Flynn and Darlington should leave as soon as an interim manager has been identified who brings his own coaching staff.
The board need help not whole sale sacking or burning at the stack, we need a CEO with football experience or ideally a CEO and director of football, when they are in place then appoint a manager.... if the current board members (both boards)won't accept they need help and appoint some one suitably qualified we should look at replacing individual board members... unlike some on here I don't think there would be much choice of suitable qualified replacement board members.... |

Re: Same question - are the board brave enough?
Its easy to waste other people's money with poor decisions. The boards have been entrusted by us to make our club successful. I feel the problem is with these people that their measure of success stops at WST ownership. with no skin in the game we have seen how our money is wasted time and time again with the inevitable economies of truths that follow to preserve the status quo for the few. Not good enough... we deserve better. the individuals on the boards that don't want change must be the ones that make way. There are probs one or two that we should keep in place but new outside involvement and leadership is essential if we are to stop our decline.

Oldham sacked their last manager after 10 days
They won 3-1 yesterday with the new one....they like us have had lots of managers recently... Remember Scholes? How long did he last? Another fan not up to it. Posted via mobile theme |
