It all sounds like he is being overridden in training and formation issues by Darlington from what other posters have said, and although Flynn probably means well, only being here from time to time is not good for a rookie manager.

Hughes will take the fall understandably, but without a full clear out of the support staff (Darlington & Flynn) and a total overhaul of the board (not necessarily ousting members by the way, use each members strengths in that area, get people in for the footballing side) and the way we do things the same cycle will continue to happen.

This club is going one way at the moment, down. The longer it continues the less chance we have of turning it around.

Hughes was apparently asked if he wanted full time assistant and rejected it. He was happy with Flynn and CD 's input and took most of the training sessions himself.

When you've given the job to a rookie who lacks any sort of experience, it's understandable he'll make mistakes. The real issue here, is of course the people who appointed BH.

I think it could be a little worse. If Fylde get an early goal then I think it could be four or five. Such is our current form.
