I’d like and old fashioned no nonsense manager. Someone that would instantly put players in their place if they even slightly considered upsetting the dressing room.
A manager that these players were intimidated not to bust a gut for.

Thats the problem it needs sorting now and every game Hughes and Darlington are in charge is causing real damage. I agree the longer the board stays is bad but Hughes staying on at present is worse i think, although tbh im not sure anymore???

Again thats why possibly i think Keates with a contract till the end of the season and again i don't like saying that and i mean really don't.

I do think we need an effective strong character, which would probably mean at least one player being frozen-out to bring the rest in line.

No way to Keates, he sets up not to lose rather than to win which does not get you out of this league. Tbh it doesn't matter who we appoint next if the current board are still in place. They need sacking along with the manager.
