Exactly. It's great knowing what you don't want but do we know what (reallistically) we want to replace it ?

Sorry A.B I was teasing about idol. But we need to move forward if possible get someone with no previous connection to the club or we just go around in circles.

Just shouting sack the board is knee jerk nonsense.
We have an engineer looking after ground maintenance, we have an accountant doing accounts, I think JM is a computer guy.
The problem is overseeing the football, I don't know who we turn to, Barry Horne was probably the best shout but I think that boats sailed, Flynn, but doubt he's interested, I don't know, but whoever has overseen the past 12 months needs to step away and let someone new drive the club forward.

Only way to do this is to stop going. Don’t actually need to organize it formally as Harris, Hughes and co have done a fantastic job of that.
