Ok apologies for referring to them as mates QR but you seem to defend them to other posters criticism on RP... What's your true unbiased opinion do you think both boards are doing a good job? Just curious.

The trust board is more accountable and transparent. They also have specific tasks and targets that they have to report on. They can be held to account on a 3 yearly basis and that includes any of the football club nominated board members.
As individuals, the football club board do a reasonable job with the resources they have at their disposal.
Collectively they are responsible for appointments, good or bad and are open to criticism. Sadly no one is perfect and I'm sure mistakes, errors of judgement are made. Rectifying these is also a collective decision.
As for defending them, I do tend to defend anyone who gets personal abuse or is individually targeted and this applies across the forum. That's just my sense of fairness.
