No he doesn't.

Spencer Harris, John Mills, Mark Williams and Gavin Jones do though.

Shows how little we all know about how the club is run as I am not too sure either ,but if he is not he bloody well should be . How can the chairman of the trust who represents the owners interests not have a seat on of the Excecutive Board of WAFC ? I know a few years ago I did ask Pete why the WST dont involve themselves with WAFC business and I got the answer "that they appoint the board then its up to the board of WAFC to run the football side of things" .

Something has to change and soon !

So what checks are in place to make sure the independent wafc board acts in a way that doesn't harm the well being of our club ? Either it is independent and must be held to account or it isn't and the WST board is helping them cover their mistakes. Which is it ?

No way should he. Who do you think orchestrated the January cover up?
Where do you think the leaks are coming from? Another poster on here posts his leaks on almost a daily basis, not always headline stuff but leaks non the less. He isn't shy about having digs at fans either.

Disagree. The Wrexham AFC Board are responsible for running the club. The WST Chairman should be accountable to all WST members for the sound running of everything. He must therefore supervise the Wrexham AFC Board, and dismiss them if necessary. For him to do this it is essential that the Wrexham AFC Board report regularly to the WST Committee. Tonight’s WST meeting is when that should happen. The No1 topic should be the poor results and whether BH retains their confidence. If he does they should support him with more resources if he needs new players; however, if they have lost confidence in his ability they should recommend his departure and, most importantly, initiate a replacement recruitment.

One of the many issues is the lack of faith in the Wrexham AFC Board’s ability to choose a suitable replacement. That deficiency has not been acknowledged or corrected, hence if BH does go his replacement becomes another lottery.

PS It is valid to ask whether the WST Chairman should be on both boards. One could argue either way. Regardless of decision, the WST Chairman must be accountable to the WST members.
