Had to be done, hope Darlington and Flynn follow. I feel sorry for him, he actually did ok in my book last season but the job was way too big for him and he was let down by the players.

Interesting days to come, in many ways I wouldn't mind Keates as interim but I feel the need someone to unite the whole fan base and just looking at comments on here DK wouldn't do that

I highly doubt whoever becomes manager the entire fanbase will be happy about the decision, it never happens. I would happily take Keates back but only downside to that is keeping Darlington. Although if rumours are true that the players don't like Darlington then maybe Keates could bring in different staff.
