It was a combination of him being out of his depth, too much inexperience and some bad luck. I happen to think had we kept him on he would have done enough to avoid us being relegated but unfortunately I think it was clear that he wasn’t going to get us promoted anytime soon. So the answer is yes.

I’d of sacked him last season, he shown he was out of his depth and I’d of started this season with a fresh full time management team.

should never had employed him,biggest job in non league football,3.5yr deal,absolute joke of an appointment, the more i think about it the more assured i am that the people in charge havnt got fkin clue

His game management was very poor. He reacted too late or not at all to a match turning, he had to go, he just wasn't learning !!

Of course we will have paid him compensation, he was dismissed less than a year into a three year contract.

It’s not his fault we gave him a contract, anyone else in his position would have taken the opportunity.

The real issue lies with those who handed out a three year deal to a rookie with no track record in management.
