Precisely. Re the mindset is big corporate. Nothing at all wrong with some valuable input from that area of expertise but it should not be dominant as it is now.

Good point but if time is of the essence which it probably is at present then the a rule change is also needed to enable members to act to act to remove directors before their term of office is completed in specified circumstances. Subject to some sensible clauses to prevent malicious individual or small group being malicious or acting unreasonably.

That would bring accountability closer to home. Within their two terms they are still pretty bomb proof.

I didnt realise the nodding dogs needed that many user accounts. That computer guy needs to apply his software packages to root them out.

maybe its the board secretly trying to remove themselves but cant get enough support, so they dont have to resign and look guilty, thats why its anonymous
