![]() The dilemma we have is, most footballing boards realise they're failing (usually they see it on grass when eleven men who play for their club fail to win enough games). If they don't realise, the fans usually turn on them and they either step down or they are run out of town. Unfortunately, we have a board who haven't realised, or refuse to get their heads out of their arses to see they are failing. To compound our misery, the section of our fanbase who can make a difference wont because they don't want to upset those who give up their free time for the club. We are in a dangerous place.

Membership will drop as monthly fees are stopped. Seems strange that fans only see this as a vote against the board when in fact it’s a request for a meeting and then vote. The board have the opportunity to explain things first.

Motion Vote Action In that order. Strongly expect if this goes ahead that individual motions to request resignation of at least 2 fc board members. It doesnt mean it will pass, highly unlikely in fact, but at least we can discuss the concerns and have some kind of plan in place. I think more far reaching motions for change also, review of the make up of the fc and trust boards... Just because supporters direct suggested the board format doesnt make it perfect. Motion to put a more efficient process in place for initiating a vote of no confidence. Definitely on board with motions to secure football expertise even if a salaried or consultative role is needed. And most importantly a motion to protect full time status |

Not a single suggestion as to what happens next though. For example, the board are voted off, the new board prove to be a disaster and revenue falls. Full time status is protected, and the club is dead within 12 months. We need better people at all levels, but until they are identified, we have to stick with what we have. What you are calling for equates to shouting sack the team, with no replacements lined up to come in, it's madness.

![]() The problem with a club run by volunteers is successful men or women in a position to take over would probably not have the time to volunteer to do it, they would have to live in or very close to Wrexham and Wrexham's fanbase is probably more outside than in Wrexham spread across North Wales and other places.
If others did exist they would need an army to fight off those closing ranks and defending those untouchables at the top now. On top of this a great deal of Wrexham fans don't come on RP and a lot are not WST members. Like Dixie said a lot aren't interested in the Politics of the club they just want to watch their club play football or in our case attempt to play football. Posted via mobile theme |

![]() Part time thinking has infused its way throughout the club and the results of that are evidenced by the slow decline on the field. If the board refuse to accept this fact then the agenda needs to address how that mindset can be changed.
