Vambo is so obviously either a board or close to one. So committed to talking this down.

Context that’s very little interest in the ‘democracy’ of the trust in general. I think the debacle over the motion for the second platform seemingly not getting anywhere despite being overwhelmingly approved probably hasn’t helped matters.

In all fairness. The normal number of participating voters at an AGM is around 350 (I think)
If the 76 figure is correct and it is voting members it equates to 21%
It's still a bit short of the 75% needed to pass a resolution.

Top of the league could require 33 points.

I am saying if we had 33 points we would be top of the league, you seem to be talking in the context of the maximum possible, so would require 48 points.

Both technically right, but one more 'real' than the other.

You'll need simple pictures to explain it next

I think you're nearer the mark there QR. There is clearly a large proportion of the WST membership who are inactive, other than turning up to watch the `football'.

The bit I don't get - and find disappointing - is that the boards don't appear to be seeing that there is a proportion of the fan-base that is unhappy.

Whether those fans are in the minority or not, they need engaging with in my view - a community club needs to be a `broad church' - and not ignore dissenting voices.

Holding out from discussing these issues unless the threshold is reached may be easier in the short term but is not taking the long view.
