I take it they will be required to attend either meeting.

All the Standing Order Mambership Cards have been processed, are on the system , and are at the printers and will be sent out shortly.

Just need to turn up if you've joined and they will check you in whether you've got your card or not.
I believe that Members who are ST holders will not get a separate card.

Been a member for a while ( 2006 oldest card still in the kitchen unit)

Pay by DD and have the same problem most years, I have sent a chase e mail to the club some weeks ago.

Just checking and good to hear that you will be able to participate just by giving your name and address as in previous years.

I may have missed something here. But how is the administration of this scheme seemingly so poor? Isn't there only something like 3000 members?

Or is this what Pagl has been campaigning for over the last few months/years, someone to come in and sort it out?

For a members owned 'business' it just seems to me that membership is actually one of the areas that we consistently fail in....

For quite a while ( years) it has appeared that the membership system could not cope with me paying monthly by DD.

However my kids have not always received cards in the past and I have paid their membership by card or cash payment. It had no detrimental affect for them as they don't attend members meetings as a rule, and to get reductions on tickets etc I have never had to show a membership card.
