FA Cup Draw - Chesterfield Away
I think this is on Monday for the 4th Qualifying round.
I fancy Nantwich away as a tidy ground with good parking. |
Re: FA Cup Draw
Nantwich away for a good day, decent pub crawl and an embarrassing 1-0 defeat.

Re: FA Cup Draw
Bristol Manor Farm away if they win their replay. Entirely selfish reasons as I’m exiled in South Wales for the foreseeable future.

Good point. Not sure. Remembered us having Weston Super Mare last season, but checked and that was in the 1st round rather than Qualifying round. |
Re: FA Cup Draw
4th Quali round is still regionalised.

Re: FA Cup Draw
A tie against Kings Lynn would be interesting.

Their Chairman will know his way round the Racecourse board room. |
Re: FA Cup Draw
Whoever we draw if Keates is the man , you can forget about this competition .

Re: FA Cup Draw
Talk Sport 2 has the cup draw at 1 30 pm today (7th Oct ).
The last round for the lowly non league clubs with winners of this round getting in the bag with the lesser big boys from League One and Two. Who do you want? What about Altrincham away. |
Re: FA Cup Draw
Quite often there is a fairy tale so I predict Brackley Town with Kevin Wilkin coming back to rub salt into the wound.

Re: FA Cup Draw
Gloucester or Brackley away please. Followed by Oxford city away in the next round, then Oxford United away, then Swindon away, then FGR away etc etc
|
Re: FA Cup Draw
The sad thing is, there are far bigger issues at the moment than who we draw in the FA Cup.
The football's almost become a sideshow |

Chesterfield away. We're playing Chesterfield twice in four days (three in a week if we need a replay), one home, one away.
|
Re: FA Cup Draw - Chesterfield Away
Who have we got and how many times are we playing them in one week?
I demand to know. |

Didn’t we do something similar with Orient last season? Possibly in the FA trophy and not FA Cup? Posted via mobile theme |

Memories of that Quarter final have come flooding back. |
Re: FA Cup Draw - Chesterfield Away
At least we will not be involved in a cup run , thus giving Saturdays to focus on the relegation battle ahead.
|
Re: FA Cup Draw - Chesterfield Away

I hope Keates gives it a go , because he needs to get the team into a winning mentality quickly , especially away from home. |
