Re: Monday Statement from DSA

This is pathetic really, instead of hanging out your dirty washing in public. Stop the the bickering and get in a room together and work out your issues amicably.

The club representatives are behaving disgustingly by making this such an issue, why not allow the presentation and further more, why not give the complimentary tickets? Would that really have been so difficult to do?

It also seems to me that the DSA have let down the people they are there to serve by not ensuring that email was sent in time. So not completely blameless.

Everyone involved needs to take a step back, calm down and swallow some pride then start talking not emailing FFS!

Re: Statement responding to 'social media storm' "Regarding Wrexham DSA & Viewing Platform"
What’s with all this email nonsense. Pick the phone up and behave like grown ups.

Seems to me like the DSA have deliberately sent the email late to show that they won’t be dictated to etc and then the people in charge of the club have acted like children yet again.
As Andy said, he wanted to post it on his 11.00am work break, but a break down occurred preventing him doing so.

Come on both parties - you are acting on behalf of all our fans. Please act like adults, get together and iron out the issues and find a way to move on.

If Wrexham's disabled supporters are non WFC related and not allowed to use the Racecourse to celebrate their success:

- how come Gareth Evans was allowed to do a lap of honour on the ground to show off his Commonwealth gold ?

- how come nationalist and far left political banners are allowed to be flown on the kop ?

It's pretty obvious the club just didn't want the DSA involved. It's pathetic how the club have acted. The club is meant to be a professional outfit and they have acted like petulant children.

Really don't feel a connection with the club anymore. The board and the WST and their dictatorship like hold on the club really has gone too far.
Im not really privy to the rights and wrongs of this debate, im sure both sides mean well

I do however remember being forced to leave my season tkt seat in the MRS of 15 years without so much as a thank you from the DSA

Two sides to every story
We never had details of who moved. I told the club I would speak personally to every person who moved if they wanted me to.
We only had one person contact us. The guy was terminally ill but had still renewed his season ticket. In the event he was present on the platform for the opening game on there. And that was his last game.
From memory we publicly thanked everyone who gave up their seats and we are forever thankful.

Just get round a table and thrash it out ffs

2 priorities the club should have now,,

Getting up the table under Dean Keates

Seeking external investment by selling shares

Re: Monday Statement from DSA

Isn’t all of this just symptomatic of the issues that arise with fan ownership?
I am no longer a wst member and so I don’t have any deeper knowledge, but simply from observation, it seems that while we languish just above the relegation zone of the fifth tier of football, the club itself appears to be imploding as the different factions within the fan base all pull in different directions, for different reasons.
The ownership model appears to mean so many different things across the spectrum of the fan base, but ultimately, if the current board were to step down, then who will step in to take over, and more importantly (imo) in what direction will the club then pull?
It just seems that it is time for a bit of humility, a compromise from all sides to bring this latest issue to a mutually agreeable conclusion for the benefit of the club as a whole. Compromise, evolve and move forward.

Nobody will give money for shares to work with people who input no capital.

End of its selling 100% or selling 80% keeping a small fan representation, these idiots have proven they do not have the required skills.

Would you trust them with your own personal wealth that’s what you should ask yourself when thinking of an investor or would you prefer to make your mistakes with your own capital?
