Would the answer be better to have other on the board and to have an influence on decision making to move the club forward, involving the club/WST members as a fans owned club? Still can't get my head around Bircham, Horne, Bryn Law all leaving over a fairly short period. Reasons have been given for their departures but then have these positions been filled after?
Good post

Protests need to be in a controlled manner. They must not be in a way that results in fans staying away from the club both in the short term but more worryingly long term.

Those who know me know that I frequently take my granddaughters to matches. They are the future life long fans. The atmosphere at the last home game was scary to them. One is very wary about coming to the next Saturday fixture due to the “men shouting naughty words” and “looked like they wanted to fight.”

Protest away but please be conscious of those around you. Young and old can be put off attending very easily.

Got a bad feeling about tonight, the atmosphere will be awful. Good job I’m not going.

Indeed lloydyp, cool heads are called for. Emotions are running high, but need to be controlled for many reasons, including the likelihood that they will alienate fans who don't understand the frustration leading others to protest.

There are legitimate means by which change can be achieved. The rules currently in place make that difficult, but reasonable, considered and sensible debate will serve better in the long run.

Any indications of what the board think of the disharmony within the fan base at present? and what plans if any do they have to calm the situation?.

Their actions over the last few weeks have only made things worse.

Some on here don't seem to care if gates drop when fans walk away but without fans there is no club.

If the majority of the crowd chanted 'sack the board' it'd be a start. The majority who are against the board look like they're staying away so the board will get a free ride.

A new board will be elected those currently in could stand again against those that wish to take over. The current board would be asked to work along side the new ones to help settle the transition to the newly elected board.
