Coleman left accrington to go to Rochdale to replace Hill who went to Barnsley. Both got sacked in their new roles and returned to their previous clubs. (I think that's how it happened anyway) - Ferguson was sacked, but I think McDonagh (or whatever his nameis realised he was the best fit and re-employed him

I've since taken the hint.

You ask questions. The board are on a purge of volunteers who ask questions and have opinions (DSA, 50/50 sellers, photographers)

The board is suffering from a severe lack of diversity in opinions. All board members have similar backgrounds, have served the sane amount of time and faced the same experiences. A constant refreshing if the club board would have prevented this.

Removing those such as the DSA who have opinions and voices is simply worsening our diversity crisis

Would the answer be better to have other on the board and to have an influence on decision making to move the club forward, involving the club/WST members as a fans owned club? Still can't get my head around Bircham, Horne, Bryn Law all leaving over a fairly short period. Reasons have been given for their departures but then have these positions been filled after?

I think on the whole their roles were spread between the remaining board members. Which would possibly explain why the current situation seems to be happening, spreading too thin?
