So what is so wrong with sucession planning . Surely better than what all the sack the board, manager, cat brigade want which is to get rid immediately and then ,I suspect, walk away. And by the way the board members I know and who are standing with me on the away terraces tend to make their own way by car or train.

How many other clubs would of re-employed that failed manager and his staff so soon after ruining their promotion chances?

When he left that should of been it simple as that, especially as it was us who gave him his chance in management.

On top of this obviously his style of hoofball was up there with the worst ever witnessed at this once great club.

Do you think Mills Club Man U would re-employ Mourinho after Solskjaer is sacked?

Bournemouth did, didn't do to badly off the back of it either.

You're comparing Howe to Keates? Big difference there. Howe actually achieved something in his first spell there.

We don't often agree JND but we are singing from the same hymn sheet this time.

Q.R yes we may not always agree but I've no problem with that, it's good to debate in a civilised manner, unlike a certain Vambo who resorts to keyboard warrior insults like calling me a retard, I've reported him a few times for his insults but he is still winding people up on different threads, probably not an adult.

Yes we won't always agree but that's fine with me.

Thanks for that.
We could maybe meet up before a game and have a pint in the Cent. and continue the reasonable debate.

Well, I'll be attending tonight. As an individual at the match I cannot and would not expect to have any influence on the board other than to pee them off. It's Tuesday night, we have a match to play so I will go and support the team.

Anyone else there for the last time we had a protest? Think we got got dicked 7-0. Cannot be good for the team to hear this whilst game is in progress.

You never know but I did say I would not attend until Keates moves on again as I find watching his hoofball boring, depressing and sleep inducing.

But never say never.

Is sack the board really the answer? if all board members were to go we would need people who are keen, knowledgeable, have correct skiils, time, dedicated to step in at short notice and keep the club going?
Would the answer be better to have other on the board and to have an influence on decision making to move the club forward, involving the club/WST members as a fans owned club? Still can't get my head around Bircham, Horne, Bryn Law all leaving over a fairly short period. Reasons have been given for their departures but then have these positions been filled after?
