Barton’s comments about learning more in one afternoon with Keates say everything about BHs motivational skills and his appointment.
Which, of course, is what the vast majority of fans will do. That's life.

In response to the thread,There is no reason for Keates to apologise.

What happened is a fact of life, he is back as manager and he needs our support.

Too true, but there are certain on here who would like to see him whipped naked through town before being tarred and feathered. But they do have the right to keep repeating their opinions on, what is after all, an opinions Platform ( but heaven help you if you do not toe their party line )

How do you know that ? Where has this leak come from ? The usual suspect or someone new ?

"Look" Keates stated he,s got bridges to build, imo thats him apologising without actually apologising and why should he - If it wasn't his dream job for his home town club he probably wouldn't of left us. Most would have done the same in his position if honest. He obviously knows he's one lucky fella getting a second bite of the cherry and who can blame HIM for doing so. I just hope both he and the players can give 100%, turn a corner and get us climbing up that table pdq.

No one more than Brian Hughes himself will be gutted things didn't work out for him but hopefully the experience however short will help him in his future endeavours wherever he goes next - i wish him nothing but good luck.

So "LOOK" the past is the past, we won't forget but lets move on - COYR

Assuming non of the past bitterness had gone on who would you rather was back here Keates or Ricketts? I know who is the better of them and it would be Ricketts for me.

You call him a snake but he left with over half the season left and the usual suspects never tried to persuade him to stay. Whereas Keates walked out when 4th with 8 games to go and that's what gets mine and other fans backs up, he would of done the same if it had been another division one club don't give me it was his Hometown club it was money, no problem with that it's the bull I don't like, the dismissal with a grin on his face when he said it was the past at his welcome back

But he's here now and just because he did ok last time it does not guarantee he will this time, football ain't that simple after all his only achievement as a manager was being sacked leaving his club in an inevitable relegation and playing dreadful football.

How is your favourite Red Poison twitter account doing these days? Have you liked anymore of their tweets recently?
