Dire first half . Better in the second when we changed from a midfield diamond to 433 . Tollitt was much more dangerous on the left rather than the freer role at the tip of the diamond. Lainton looked fit , and Bobby Beaumont impressed.
Some of the other young players were way out of their depth however.

The bottom line is that we miss another Saturday home game because of this competition and as Krux rightly says, you can put a value on that if it’s a home game.

We'll never know, but I doubt it will be 1468 less than playing today. (after all most are allegedly not going whilst the current board are in place)
