.I'm not sure what people expect....We are in the relegation zone ,no chance of attracting a much higher level player now.
As for taking pressure off board , I at least say well done to Keates for at attempting to address the major problem at right back..
Where he is going to find a decent midfielder, centre back and possible striker...noone knows

Well done Keates, at least he’s come from a league above us not below. Tighten up defence, then improve the creative midfield, then let’s see where we stand when Hooper is back, unless he can get Andy Cook on loan too.
