Default Re: Chesterfield away

Unlike the utter dross posted on the LMT, and the negativity repeated in this thread, the Chesterfield press have issued their version of a match report which suggests that we might not be as bad as has been reported elsewhere. There's praise for Pearson in two instances for example, which contrasts totally with some crap spouted on the LMT. Read it for yourselves, and I hope that it gives others who - on reading the RP nonsense - may already have decided not to bother on Tuesday night:

On the strength of that, well done Wrexham!

For a home team match report that was good.

Won't let me register to read that. Perhaps, because I don't have a UK postal code. will try again with my old one before I moved.........ok...all good now. Interesting report.

I've read it, everything is now wonderful and nothing needs changing at the club.

Lainton and Hooper returning will improve us.
Horsefield has improved us at RB.
Next is replacing Barton with a proper holding midfielder.

As far as I can see Pearson is mentioned twice on the live match thread, once positively, one negatively. Surely you could just as easily say that the report backs up a view expressed on the LMT?

Just goes to show how much Brad Walker added to the team last season.
