Visit Companies house for director details and abbreviated accounts.

There is little financial action as one can expect. Its just me really as I expected, as a member, to be informed that an Associated company was to be set up in our name. However fellow members at the club AGM seemed content with the secrecy or as some might call it confidentiality.

Yes hopefully fortunes will change with the promised injection of funds for the manager - if spent with wisdom.
I couldn't make the WST meeting the other night. What was promised? Does DK have the contacts and the nous to attract the type of players we so desperately need?

It is literally critical that the Board and DK get this right soon, otherwise events will run away from us.

DK's body language after today's game showed how furious he is with some of his players. But how does he get the best out of them? And who will take our surplus players to free up some more resources?

Chickens coming home to roost!

I am sure others present will correct me if I am wrong. I thought the football director stated that there would be funds released for the 'new' manager to strengthen the squad. I don't know of a figure but its not the figure that counts its what its spent on that matters.

I would have hoped for a 'new' manager bounce to take place as its usual does at clubs but that clearly hasn't happened - yet - .

why do you think Glyndwr were keen to let the racecourse go?? its a money pit. Club / WST have to change resolutions etc to allow outside investment. Can understand club doesn't want an outsider having overall charge of the finances/running it but a % should be given for investment? worrying times.

some people (a Minority) are well and truly in their comfort zones, under the "society" umbrella convinced that being a community alone is enough to keep the club going, and that is the problem all of us trust members and non member fans, the trust/board and its main supporters are in "survival" mode, they are doing what it takes to survive to the next day, they have no killer instict that is in most successful businessmen, and i dont mean killing the club, that is slowly happening without a ruthless businessman.
the club needs the guidance of a tried and successful business minded person/group to at least get the club back where it should be

Without significant investment I do see the Racecourse as a potential millstone around the club's neck. Even if the long awaited Kop redevelopment goes ahead, the Yale Stand is in need of huge improvements. The MRS is also showing signs of wear tear despite being the newest. I know it wouldn't be cheap but I do half wonder if a purpose built stadium elsewhere in Wrexham would be preferable.
