So we can fetch in somebody up for a relegation scrap. Is JJ up for it.

We need a Scott green to fetch in as well. What’s he up to nowadays?

I get the impression Hughes brought in quite a few players who are not up to a standard 90 minute scrap never mind a relegation scrap.
No matter how good a player appears to perform on his home pitch backed by a big (for this league) partisan crowd its the away matches that provide us with the real insight into players heads - a long way from home on a cold mid week night with little support to encourage you - just like Tuesday night down in deepest Torquay.
It has been said for a number of seasons the team has lacked real leaders of men (Pearson aside).
An old experienced bossy big mouth in the centre of midfield who would fight for every loose ball would be a bonus - someone who could put his foot on the ball and influence play - something needs to change because it's not working at present no matter the team or formation.

Hooper hasn't worked anywhere near how we needed it to. Can see him leaving so we can free up wages to bring in people who are interested in playing for us.

Again comes back to the issue of us playing one isolated striker with no support time after time again. No wonder players are coming here and looking pissed off after a few games of having to do that.

Got to say that if you're relying on JJ to solve your problems then things must be bad!!

As an outsider looking in I've got to say that I am completely shocked by your form (or lack of it this season). I obviously don't know what's going on behind the scenes but I was really hoping that you were going to make a decent go of it this season and be up there near the top of the league.

I hope things improve for you pdq and you start climbing up that table.

Things are bad, but cheers all the same.

The guys been injured most of the season. When he's played he's not done badly.

Maybe we can get rid of him and rely on Oswell amd Rutherford for goals...
