A bit unfair to just single one player out.
No-one's stats will be great that's true but I feel Chambers not only isnt great himself but makes his team mates play worse due to knowing he is a weak link. Lawlor is the prime example, fine alongside Pearson but a gibbering mess alongside Chambers. Jennings too was awful v Dagenham, rare off day or does playing next to Chambers make his job more difficult and affect his confidence?

We'll probably get 12 draws, which means we'd need 8 wins from the other 15 games - don't know how we'd do that!

Where did I put that Valium?
Looking at it that way we are well screwed without a hope in hell of doing that

The thing to hold on to is that most sides in the league are only narrowly better than us even with how we are currently playing.

It's a big ask but cutting out a few mistakes and taking a few more chances with a 10-20% uplift in performances we should start winning games. Easier said than done.

It certainly is.

It would be hard enough if it was only the team wasn't performing to the required standard, but the whole club's in crisis.

When Pearson is back fit, we should have a stronger defence than last season, as Horsfield seems an improvement on Roberts. When Hooper is back fit we should have an improved forward line, the midfield as bad as it is, is pretty much the same as last season. So in theory we should be able to put some positive results together, here’s hoping. However, confidence is rock bottom at the moment, and that needs to change radically very soon.

When are they going to be fit, 2 weeks or 2 months?

If only we were given updates, it’s so frustrating not knowing how long they will be out

Yes I agree that’s my point, so little useful info/news that fans want to know comes out of the club. You’d get more knowledge years ago before the World Wide Web was invented than currently and we have a ‘Media Team’.
