Lord Relentless has been banging on about 8,000 strong crowds in the past. We're at home against the league leaders on Saturday at Fortress (My) Racecourse. At the start of the season a home game against the league leaders would have drawn a bumper crowd. On Saturday we'll do well to get half that.

Despite being top they are not in the greatest of form with two league defeats in October.

I can't see it but a win could be the turning point in our season. Let's at least get behind the team for this one and have a crack at them.

That is said for every game let us back the team and get behind them, but nothing changes fans are just another £20 out of pocket and we go again next week.

Hear what you say fella but I cant carry on shelling out the best part of £30 every other week to watch a load of shite. My partner and I usually spend around £200 in the club shop at Christmas we wont be spending a penny there this year.

Keates reaction to Bromley being next up on 2:40 speaks volumes and doesn't inspire much confidence:

Wouldn't blame anybody for not going right now or not spending money in the club shop. I'm doing neither right now and would never criticise others that do the same.

That said its always good to take a scalp. For 90 minutes I just hope the fans who do turn up on Saturday put all the current turmoil to one side and really get behind the team. Save any anti-board chants for the final whistle.

Totally off the topic but, I recently (must be 3 weeks or so) sent in an application form for my daughter to join the Junior Dragons. It had our address, email and phone on it yet I haven't heard anything from the club about it, even an email acknowledging receipt...

In other peoples experience, how long does this usually take? And who is best to contact to chase it up?

I'm always behind the team and, however bad, I couldn't bring myself to boo them. But, it gets more and more difficult to "make some noise" as requested just before kick off every game.

If Pearson/Lawlor at the back, we have a chance of holding them and Hooper up front maybe we'd score one but while DK plays Chambers (Tharme would be a better option) we are doomed to another 0-?. I will be there but probably silent in despair.

I agree. I think if it gets too bad I might have to leave.

I'd rather do that than boo the team.

I have never left the ground with more than five minutes left to play. But that Chesterfield League game a couple of weeks ago almost had me leaving after an hour!

At the moment Ebbsfleet are all we have managed to beat and that was a rare Rutherford goal. We haven’t played Chorley yet!

We lost to Aldershot, Fylde, Chesterfield, Stockport and drew with Sutton, Barnet, Maidenhead. Who does anyone think we can beat apart from in a totally one off performance against the odds. Continued results will bear heavy on the board members and increase the criticism.
