Do you agree & think CEO & DOF should be fulltime roles and with more experienced people in these roles ??

Is anything being done outside of social media to tell members of the call for an EGM?

Item number 8 on our agenda (found HERE) states that a new co-opted position will be created which will be filled by an ex-manager, player or coach to assist on the footballing side. This position would provide a better point of contact for the footballing staff than what we currently have at the club. Furthermore, item number 2 on the agenda requires a full time first team coach to assist the manager, which we currently lack. Our aim is to give the first team manager all he needs to make this club a success and our agenda would ensure that, more so than what is currently in place.

We believe we need suitably skilled and qualified persons in key roles; voluntary or paid.

Thanks for the response. Dont disagree with those aims but isnt Davies full time? Not saying he is the answer but still.

We are looking into other possibilities, including handing flyers out at future home matches.

So as you say, around 70 signatures are needed to enact this EGM. There are probably a lot of fans who just need a bit more of a push to sign. There is also a large portion of WST members, mainly more elderly supporters, who do not use twitter/RP. To increase the number of signatures do you think it would be worthwhile giving out leaflets at the Bromley match stating some statistics highlighting the incompetence of the current board and the problems with the current structure of the club, outlining the agenda of the EGM and giving details of how to sign.

I am willing to help, please PM if you would like.

Apologies for the late reply to this question PD. Item number 5 on the agenda states that a paid professional will be hired in a CEO role. This CEO will oversee all the work undertaken by directors as well as the footballing side.
